ROW80 Wednesday Check-In Yessss!

If you've been following me on this ROW80 journey, then you know I had a small dip last time(Sunday). But that's the past, right? Right! For my Wednesday check-in I can report that for both Monday and Tuesday I met my goals head on and didn't bat an eye.

I've written for no less than 30 minutes each day.
Worked out (hello yoga, ouch) each day.
Made sleep a priority.
Ate healthy. Wine counts, yes?
Edited 16 pages of my novel.
Edited 8 pages of my novella.
Kept a positive CAN DO attitude.

Can you tell that I am excited :)

Rather than sulk over what I didn't accomplish before, I put the emphasis on what I wanted to accomplish. Today my plan is to keep rocking the goals. If you've signed up for the ROW80 challenge, I hope you're rocking your goals too!

  1. Sounds like you've got it! I can tell you're excited, which is a great thing. Excitement keeps us motivated. I'm doing better now that I've figured out weekly goals, rather than daily goals are better for me.

Love the look of your blog. Keep excited.

  2. Be proud! When you stumble, you pick yourself up and keep moving forward. That's progress. That's how it all gets done. Great job.

  5. Great job! And yes, wine counts as healthy. It's made from grapes so it's just basically a serving of fruit :P

  6. Dips are to be expected . . . at least I hope they aren't unusual because I've had my share in this ROW80 goal setting experience.

Glad you've stuck with it. Keep going.

  9. Thanks Clee! Today has been another successful day, but I know that even if there is a dip in that this week, I'll be ready to recover and get back on track. Appreciate you stopping by!
